Mandovi Green (MG) 444

Application Images

HeLa cell imaging

Mandovi Green (MG) 444 is a dye with emission maximum at 515 nm and excitation at 405/488 nm laser. It is best suited for fixed cell imaging and has a fluorescence turn-on response upon incubation into eukaryotic cells. Here we show a comparative imaging of Hela cells stained with our dye MG 444 and commercial green dye FITC under confocal laser scanning microscopy.

Mandovi Green (MG) 306

Mandovi Green (MG) 306 is a live cell imaging dye with emission maximum at 521 nm and excitation at  405/488 nm laser. It is capable of being multiplexed with other organelle specific dyes like TMRE for mitochondria, Hoechest for nucleus and Orange Actin for actin filaments. Here on left we show 3D confocal imaging of HeLa cells incubated with MG 306 and TMRE.

Kadamba Green (KG) 264

Kadamba Green (KG) 264 is a fixed/live cell imaging dye for bacterial cells with emission maximum at 524 nm and excitation at 405/488 nm laser. Here we demonstrate a confocal image of E.coli DH5-alpha stained with KG264 under 200X magnification.

BRIGHTFIELD                                               MERGE

Lysosight Green is a live cell lysosome staining dye with emission maximum at 502 nm and capable of excitation with both 405 nm and 488 nm lasers. It is compatible with both blue emissive and red emissive dyes and can be used for colocalization experiments with commercial lysosome markers and also multiplexing experiments with well-known fluorescent markers for other organelles like nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria. Lysosight Green is photostable and shows sustained glow.
